We are part funded by the Dept. of Agriculture by 10,000 euro per year, which is much appreciated. However, vets bills alone for 2007 were 35,000 euro and we urgently need volunteers to fundraise, walk dogs, clean, feed etc., help with kittens/cats. All unwanted items gratefully accepted for our small charity shop based on Hill Street, Ballina (Frances 086 810 5047).
